In this specific entry I’m stressing on the importance of staying hydrated. Good hydration is a key element in attaining flawless skin, and that is inseparable from achieving different beauty looks. I’ve written before about moisturizing your lips to keep them healthy and silky smooth, but I have a few tips up my sleeve on how you can keep your whole system hydrated without relying only on your water intake – after all, some busy ladies often forget to down 2 liters of H2O per day.

  1. Coconut WaterInside Blog

It’s a great treat for hydration and replenishing your system. It’s super rich in vitamins and minerals.

  1. Fruits and Veggies

Some great sources of water intake are your basic fruits and vegetables. Watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, cucumbers, lettuce, grapefruits, zucchinis, berries, tomatoes – the list is endless. You can also juice your favorite fruits and make yourself a refreshing drink.

  1. Meat

Meat is actually a great source of water – scoring a 60% overall water makeup. Lean beef, chicken breast – it’s all good, as long as it’s not grilled to death.

  1. Flavors!

How about dressing up your daily glass of water with lemon slices or cucumber? A lot of people throw in slices of their favorite dressing into a big glass pitcher or water bottle and keep it refrigerated- - that way your water becomes like a flavored juice that keeps you refreshed and vitalized.

  1. Creams and Gels

Using a moisturizing shower gel or skin conditioner, hydrating creams (both body creams and face creams) is primal when it comes to making sure your skin is hydrated and healthy.
